Details

1. Extrusion aluminum (ASTM6005) cylinder body, inside surface is fine grinding machining, inside and outside adopts super anti-corrosion technology to minimize cylinder friction coefficient, long using life and strong corrosion resistance.

2.  Double piston gear rack design, impact structure, symmetrical assembling position, easy to change input shaft rotary direction, long using life, quick motion. Combined bearing and guiding ring are assembled on the back of piston gear rack to make motion precision, to reduce friction coefficient  and prolong the using life.。

3、Combined type pre-load  spring with plating payer, long using life.

4、High precision gear and gear rack, low back lash, high precision, maximum output efficiency.

5、SS fasteners are beautiful and safe, with high resistance of corrosion.

6. Use international standard dimensions:

Output shaft groove, screw hole, top assembling hole and air supplier connection comply with NAMUR standard,  bottom assembling hole dimension complys with ISO5211,DIN3337 standard, easy to assembling solenoid valve, limit switch and other accessories.
