Bimetal Thermometer with Thermal Resistance
Bimetal Thermometer with Thermal Resistance
Brief Description

WSS-481PH2 bimetallic thermometer with thermocouple (resistance) and temperature transmitter is a temperature sensor for local display and remote signal transmission. It can indicate local temperature as well as transmit two-wire system signal of thermoco

Technical parameters

Measuring range: -60 ~ 500 ℃

Display accuracy: 1.5

Remote signal deviation:

A. Graduation: E (nickel chromium-copper nickel) allowable deviation ± 2.5 ℃ or 0.75% t

B. Graduation: K (nickel chrome-nickel silicon) allowable deviation ± 2.5 ℃ or 0.75% t

C. Graduation: Pt100 platinum resistor () allowable deviation:

Class A: ± (0.15 + 0.002 ∣ t ∣)

Class B: - (0.30 + 0.005 ∣ t ∣)

D. Basic error with temperature transmitter: Δ = Δ 1 + / - 0.5% FS

Δ 1 is thermocouple (resistance) basic error, FS is measuring range

Temperature transmission: two-wire system (4 ~ 20 mA), transmitter minimum working voltage is 12V, maximum 35 V, rated voltage 24V

Work environment:

A. environmental temperature: -25 ℃ ~ 80 ℃ (not higher than 70 ℃ in dangerous place)

B. relative humidity: 5% ~ 95%

C. mechanical vibration: f≤55Hz, amplitude < 0.15 mm

D. no corrosive medium in the environment

Environment temperature influence: ≤0.05%/1℃
