1, As thermocouple for cement only, it is always used with DCS, PLC, displayers, recorders and regulators. It can measure level 4 cylinder, level 5 cylinder, tertiary air duct, decomposing furnace, feed-end chamber, hot kiln hood and gas as well as other medium within 600~1320℃ directly.

3, Thermocouple Nominal Pressure
Generally speaking, it is the static pressure that the protection tube can stand without being damaged, atmosphere pressure is note less than 67MPA. In fact, not only the allowable working pressure relates to the pipe materials and the diameter thickness, but also relates to its structure, installation method, depth, tested medium velocity and so on.

Normal insulation resistance test voltage is DC 500V±50V, atmosphere temperature to measure normal temperature insulation resistance is 15~35℃, relative humidity is 45%. For thermocouple longer than 1m, its normal temperature insulation resistance value multiply its length is not less than 100MΩm.
Product Performance
1, Strength: NM alloy steel thermocouple protection tube is new type alloy silicon material, pore of which is filled with metal silicon, porosity is close to zero with high strength, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, antioxidant, service life is long, strength of which is 5~10 times higher than 3039H and 0Cr25Ni20.
2, Good oxidation-resistant performance: because porosity is almost zero, NM alloy steel antioxidant performance improves largely, service life in high temperature can lengthen 3~10times. Once this metal silicon carbide is heating to high temperature, surface will generate one thin oxide film which will regenerate automatically even being damaged. Thus, it can avoid oxide.
3, High radiation heating efficiency: NM metal silicon carbide far infrared emissivity ratio is close to perfect black body, use it as heating radiation element will improve element heating efficiency highly.
4, Good resistance features: you can guarantee common wear-resistant as insulation, but NM metal silicon carbide is with excellent conductivity performance as well as ESD function.
5, Strong wear-resistant performance: NM alloy steel material hardness Hv>27Gpa, with very low wear ratio and friction coefficient in various medium as well as lubrication function. It has excellent wear-resistant performance under high-temperature, especially suitable for special wear-resistant occasions in cement production line.
6, Excellent corrosion-resistant performance: NM metal silicon carbide material is corrosion-resistant which resist medium under any temperature like acid medium and normal temperature alkaline.
