Structure Principle
Working principle: because pressure sensing element has two bellows of the same strength, thus under the same medium it will generate the same concentrated force and then act on movable supports separately. Since both sides of spring under the same torque will not have deflection, thus supports are at original position, in this way, gear driving mechanism doesn’t act either, needle is still at zero position.
When under different pressure (high-pressure end is higher than low-pressure end generally), the force on the supports by the two bellows are different, then it will have relative displacements and take gear mechanism to drive and amplify it, in this way, needle can indicate the differential value.
