2,During the open and close rotary action , the seat and ball contact tightly, which has very strong shear performance. The seat is loaded by Cylindrical spring or butterfly spring, which has the functions of automatic compensation, self seal and self pressure relief in body cavity. The valve can be used in high temperature and pressure occasions.
3,Fixed ball can ensure the smooth of ball motion and reduce operated torque.
4,Double open and close design ensure the performance of full open and close.
5,Various options of sealing structure to ensure long service and reliable performance. Upstream seal (recommendation), downstream seal, and both upstream and downstream seal(special application) are all available. Both soft seal and hard treated metal seal are available for various applications.
6,The valve can relief pressure by seat by itself without safety valve when the abnormal raised pressure caused by high temperature of the retained medium in body cavity due tobody cavity self pressure relief design.
7,Urgent grease injection:
The grease injection valve can connect the grease injection gun quickly and inject the seal grease into the bottom of seat conveniently to remit leakage when the abnormal occurs to the seat due to external factor or fire in some special occasions.
